• Saturday & Sunday Rate: $2500 + GST

Showroom 2 Only (137sqm):

• Hourly Rate: From $250 + GST (Minimum 2 hours, 6am-10pm)
• Weekday Rate: $1200 + GST
• Can be converted to a 70sqm showroom for: $500/day + GST
• No weekend rates available.

Additional Rates:

• Half-Day Rates: Available before 1pm or after 1pm (Monday to Thursday only)
• Office Storage: $500/day + GST
• Cleaning: $165 or $220 + GST (if alcohol is served)
• Photographer Rate: $350 + GST for 2 hours

Planning & Meetings:

• Viewings: 30 mins free; additional time at $50/hour
